Pros: I didn't employ the pool, was likewise busy exploring and such, just I liked the fact that we had to option. It looked really nice! The rooms were very nice. Comfortable beds, the shower was a piddling small. The hotel antechamber was really nice aswell!
Cons: I was waiting at the airport for a shuttle, I had to telephone half-dozen times in the bridge of a one-half hour before they answered the phone. I gauge they don't hav e telephone call waiting? Because when I finally got ahold of the hotel, I explained that I was waiting and trying to get ahold of them for a while, and they got defensive and said well I was on the phone with some other customer. Not very professional. Only the shuttle drivers were and so nice and friendly. Likewise the breakfast was a series prepare, would have preferred a cafe. It's a sit downward breakfast and you have 3 choices of what to Nosotros. We as well asked for coffee and some juice, the lady said no yous are only able to accept ane drink each..yet in the anteroom the offer free java, water & juice.
Pros: bed was boilerplate comfort
Cons: the hotel was a bit of a grungy place & a little run down. The restarurant was sub par & there was no contact telephone # to get the free shuttle so I had to accept an Uber to become there. Too the shuttle left early in the morning so the managing director had to have me to the airport in his ain car. I wouldn't stay there again.
Cons: Employee thought it would exist fun to tell me I had no reservation and I paid 400 for nothing, so afterwards a 6 hour bulldoze I was under the impression I was screwed. All for him to say just kidding. That's not something y'all want to joke about with someone .
Pros: Toll/Value, hot breakfast served, pancake, egg, fruit, etc. Clean room, everything worked, complimentary bottled water in room, really good lemon ice water in lobby Friendly staff, shuttle on time and friendly
Cons: No pets, boo! pool and hot tub weren't infatuating, merely others seemed to be enjoying older place nether renovation, merely didn't interfere with good stay

Pros: I liked the shuttle service and the friendly and helpful maids. Delight pay them more. And I really liked the dispensers in the shower and sink. It felt safe and quiet. I also liked the Buddhist book.
Cons: I did not like that the gym had no water, that the treadmills were not well maintained, that one of the computers didn't work, that the pool didn't have fresh towels and didn't seem clean or opened until 10 am! Besides the limited breakfast choices. I would like to report Johnson, a front desk staff who was unprofessional and gave misinformation based on perception. Specifically he told me that LAX has random Customs checks although I am an American. Then he made a comment that if Customs think you are a terrorist, you lot will exist delayed so information technology is best to show upward two-three hours before scheduled difference. I was very unimpressed with his callousness.
Cons: We stayed at this hotel primarily considering of the drome shuttle. Later on waiting at LAX for an hour for the shuttle to come and choice us up we decided to spend $twoscore for a cab ride. There was pilus all over the bath when we got there and a big pigsty in the carpeting on the flooring.
